+12V Rail Tests

As mentioned in the How We Test section, we take two measurements for each 12V rail test above 100W, one from the cable that has the lowest output (12V1) and one from the cable with the highest output (12V2). For ease of comparison, we have split the load levels into three categories: low (<200W), medium (200W and 300W) and high (400W+). Higher loads are more likely to highlight any instabilities. Any output that falls outside of Intel's specifications is considered a fail and highlighted in red.
